Self-catering Holiday accommodation, with private water access, in the centre of Fowey

This flat, part of a substantial Edwardian house stands in a favoured,
central position close to the estuary.
It is three minutes from Whitehouse beach and the ferry
to Polruan and Mevagissey and ten minutes from the
larger Readymoney Cove.
It is also three minutes from the high quality shops and
restaurants in the town.
The Eden project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and two good
golf courses are just a short drive away.
Accommodation
Elegant sitting room with wide bay window from which there are excellent harbour views, TV and DVD player and door to
Patio with table and chairs enjoying wide views over the estuary.

At the side of the house steep steps lead down to private access to the river and the Royal Fowey Yacht Club.
